Do you accept refunds?
All sales are final. If you are unhappy with your earrings for whatever reason, contact me via email at email@example.com. We can chat about how I can improve my design and your satisfaction. Your feedback is very important to me as an artist.
What if my earrings break?
Please handle your earrings with care. The 'Thank You' card enclosed in your order has some care instructions on the back. Should your earrings break within 1 year of purchase, I will be more than happy to replace it once. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In an effort to maintain sustainable practices, Siembra Studio will send a return label with your new earrings. Please send back the broken pair in the shipping box so that the viable pieces can be upcycled into new earrings.
If your earring arrives damaged, please send a photo and description to email@example.com within 72 hours of receiving your order.
