How long until I receive my order?
I know, I'm excited too! But good things take time. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to ship out. You will receive an email once your order is on its way but expect up to 2 weeks for delivery in the U.S.
Orders over $50 receive free standard shipping.
Shipping times vary by country.
Siembra Studio does not ship on weekends nor holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes I do, worldwide! Shipping costs depend on your country. International orders over $150 receive free economy shipping.
Do you accept refunds?
All sales are final. If you are unhappy with your earrings for whatever reason, contact me via email at siembrastudio@gmail.com. We can chat about how I can improve my design and your satisfaction. Your feedback is very important to me as an artist.
What if my earrings break?
Please handle your earrings with care. The 'Thank You' card enclosed in your order has some care instructions on the back. Should your earrings break within 1 year of purchase, I will be more than happy to replace it once. Send an email to siembrastudio@gmail.com. In an effort to maintain sustainable practices, Siembra Studio will send a return label with your new earrings. Please send back the broken pair in the shipping box so that the viable pieces can be upcycled into new earrings.
If your earring arrives damaged, please send a photo and description to siembrastudio@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your order.
How do I care for my earrings?
Most earrings incorporate a variety of materials from brass, resin, polymer clay, and paint. Because of the handmade nature of the earrings, each pair is one of a kind and requires individual care. Variations in color and patterns are natural. Do not use any chemicals on your earrings as it can interact with the materials or your skin. Warm water and gentle soap should suffice for clay and resin. For brass, I recommend a jewelry sanding/polishing stick easily found online. It is chemical-free and effective at removing all tarnish (I use it to clean all of my brass). You can also use a Q-Tip dipped in vinegar and baking soda to brighten up the metals. Dry thoroughly after this process.
Are the earrings eco-friendly?
Caring for our planet is a core value of Siembra Studio. Some sustainable production practices include incorporating reusable materials and tools, zero plastic use in our packaging, and energy efficiency (the earrings are cured using sunlight as often as possible!). Siembra Studio's shipping is also carbon neutral! We use OFFSET (the app, not the rapper!) to calculate the cost to neutralize our shipping emissions. The cost is used to protect forests through certified projects and partners.

Siembra Studio values customer privacy and uses secure e-commerce platforms to process orders. None of your information will be sold nor shared with any entity other than for shipping purposes through approved carriers.
